As your Day Of Coordinator we will work with all vendors, including caterers and hotel coordinators to ensure that your event runs smoothly. Please be aware that what we do is far more than what a coordinator at a venue or hotel will do.

We work as a liaison between you and all vendors (including venue coordinators) to ensure that all details are taken care of. We create a schedule and guide you through the entire day minute by minute from the time you are getting ready, to the time the photographer arrives; to the time it takes your guests to transition from cocktail reception to the dinner table to the last dance. We make sure no detail is overlooked.
