Hi there! I'm thrilled to share an Allure wedding on the blog today! Alexis and Mike got married in September last year and celebrated at two beautiful and unique San Francisco locations. St Gregory Armenian Church and the Presidio Social Club were perfect venues for my gorgeous clients and their modern, personal wedding was one of my very favorites last year. A few of the most memorable elements:
*The high end culinary experience -- think raw oyster bar, fois gras, and amazing wine pairings. The guests were treated to excellence from start to finish. PSC dining is an experience, and their wedding service rivals a 5 star restaurant. Have you been there? You must go!
*Gorgeous florals by Melissa at A Simple Ceremony -- the bridal bouquet was a little wild looking, dense and lush with rusty reds and bright yellows, and a picture of Alexis' father adorned the wrapped stems. It was absolute perfection.
*The wedding dress -- in a season of beaded strapless sheaths or more casual wedding dresses and accessories (cowboy boots, floral hair wreaths), I was so happy to see an Allure bride decked out in designer glory. Alexis' ruffled, structured wedding gown by Amsale was stunning and she glowed all night in it.
Check out the photos below! LA-based photographer Colin Young-Wolff (and friend of Alexis and Mike) captured the big day. Colin is an esteemed photojournalist and has shot some of the most beautiful people and places in the world. It was a joy to work with him on this wedding and I know Alexis and Mike are over the moon about their photos -- I am too! It's pretty obvious why...
